As engagement editor at the College Heights Herald, I oversaw our newsletter and social media teams to help reach new audiences.
- The Herald Instagram reached 15,000 accounts throughout the Fall 2023 semester, with a growth of 133% since the semester prior.
- The daily Herald newsletter is sent to approximately 35,000 accounts. This semester, the newsletter underwent a reformatting of content in a new design that I created, and new features to connect with college students such as song of the day.
